I have an OBDII code reader and tried to use it to turn off battery symbol. All of the above fuses and relays (not the horn and ignition switch) is mounted with the body electronic control module. After you put in a new fuse, take that cig lighter out just in case & then put it back after a few days & see if that changes things. Heater fan and clock/radio are on separate circuits. That could be the third line (ECU-ACC) not getting voltage due to the bad relay, along with the clock and the radio, I posted earlier. I also tried ressetting the ECU, still nothing. Was the ignition (key) off when you did this?
