Led Fan Not Working

Is it possible that the led lights are no good? or is it just normal for LED lights to eventually die? Yes, my password is: Forgot your password? I think that is a waste of time seeing the results from 3 different programs show the exact same results.

Booted up my new build for the first time and I have a minor issue.
