I thought I was close to feeling as good as possible when I was given Concerta, first week was amazing, a total revelation. I have a new therapist, and will work on a few issues I've never quite resolved.

I also have BPD that doesn't help matters yet there is no drugs available to treat this. I just can't cope with anything different or even very low levels of stress.
